All of the prices on our site are live - we will always show you the best possible deals available to you.
Policy prices are set directly by the insurance providers on our panel, meaning we are unable to discount or price match.
We do not inflate the prices of the products to cover our costs. Instead, once you have purchased the desired product that is right for you, the insurance provider will pay us a commission, which is a percentage of the cost of the insurance policy.
We aren’t owned by any insurance companies (or have any favourites) so the commission we receive doesn’t influence the providers we display.
When you have selected the policy that is right for you, we will transfer you directly to the insurance provider where you can pay for your policy securely online.

Most providers do not offer an option to pay for policies using monthly installments.
Your insurance provider will usually contact you the month before your renewal date, to offer you a renewal quote.
However, you may choose to return to Compare Your Cruise Insurance to compare quotes from our panel of insurance providers - to make sure you get the best deal possible again.
The cost of travel insurance is mainly worked out by looking at three areas:

If you are declaring any pre-existing medical conditions the following may also impact the cost:

The cost of insurance may also be higher for:
➡️ Travellers 59+➡️ Longer trips➡️ Trips to Canada, US, Caribbean ➡️Policies with Winter Sports or Gadget Cover included.
The amount shown under the policy price will be the total amount you will pay for all travellers you have listed on your quote.

Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) is a 20% tax for travel insurance.
All premiums quoted will already include IPT.
