Most common questions
You will need to contact your insurance provider directly if you wish to cancel your policy.
Your policy will usually have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind about a policy during this time, you will get a full refund during that period.
This only applies if you haven't travelled and are not intending to make a claim. Once the cooling-off period ends, you may not be able to receive a full refund, should you decide to cancel. Speak with your provider for more information.
Contact details for your insurance provider will be in your policy documentation.
If you have found an error, or need to make changes to a policy you have already purchased, please contact your insurance provider directly. Adding more travellers
We know that plans can change, and there may be times when you need to add extra travellers onto your policy - whether this be a friend who would like to join you last minute, to a new family member!
You can easily amend your quote, or if you have purchased a policy, contact your insurance provider directly, who can help you add any additional travellers to your policy.
Changing a group policy
If you need to change any of the travellers on a group policy (such as, if somebody is no longer going, or someone replaces them) please contact your insurance provider directly, to update your policy.
Adding a new medical condition
If your health changes, you must tell your travel insurance provider. Make sure you contact your insurance provider directly to let them know of any new medical conditions, or, if you are under investigation for a condition.
They will let you know if they'll be able to cover you and if there is any change to your policy premium. If you do not declare changes in your health, may affect your policy and could result in claims being rejected or your policy becoming invalid.
